Who We Are
The Feminist Idea Lab is an idea hub that provides young women and girls with Feminist leadership training, seed funding, and mentorship to help them bring their ideas to life.
The lab works closely with participants as they develop their vision, outline their goals, fundraise, and launch their projects.

What We Do
Feminist leadership training
At the Feminist Idea Lab, we know that representation is not enough. Thus, we equip participants with Feminist leadership training to help them think deeply about the kind of leaders they want to be and craft a leadership philosophy rooted in Feminist principles and practices.
Mentorship
The lab provides 12 months of cohort mentorship to help participants transform their ideas into reality. Together, we craft their vision, goals, budget, and plan. The lab also provides one-on-one coaching support for participants as needed.
Seed funding
The lab provides $1000 seed grants to support projects. The grants are awarded in two installments—at the beginning and half-way through the 12-month mentoring program.
